Bringing in a UX Researcher for Marketing/Brand

Part 1: As part of my new brand strategy, I wanted to bring in a UX researcher who could focus on how the brand shows up throughout the buyer’s journey.

Part 2: The initial project scope was to create a prospect journey map that gathers the emotions and experiences from when someone becomes aware of SpringCM to the point where they become a customer. We learned that research will uncover opportunities that may require the project to pivot to allow you to uncover a deeper insights.
